Guia De Isora
Guia De Isora is a very traditional Canarian village, situated above the coast of Playa San Juan and surrounded by a beautiful green landscape of typical farms, banana plantations, olive groves and orangeries. The village of Guia De Isora has magnificent views across the southern coast and all the local amenities a family can rely on, such as excellent schools and colleges, new healthcare centres and a good public transport system. This is our first project primarily targeted for the local Canarian market and settlers from mainland Spain. With that in mind, our project team in Tenerife have fully researched the developer and found his past builds to be of an excellent standard, he is well respected within the industry, and potential buyers are eager to know the completion time for this project. The project consists of ten residential apartments in the heart of the thriving community. Each carefully designed property includes underground secure parking and access to a south facing communal roof solarium.
